丁、姚批北市府禁參選人致詞 柯指是議員長期默契
台北市木柵區農會今天(22日)晚間將舉辦綠竹筍推廣活動，但傳出台北市政府產發局要求農會不准讓國、民兩黨市長參選人丁守中與姚文智上台致詞，引發丁、姚兩人不滿，批評柯文哲濫用行政資源。對此，柯文哲受訪時否認，表示那是議員間的長期默契，但他已向農會表明客隨主便，主辦單位方便就好。
台北市木柵區農會22日晚間將舉辦綠竹筍美食饗宴活動，傳出台北市政府要求木柵農會不得讓國、民兩黨市長參選人丁守中與姚文智上台致詞。
對此，丁守中22日受訪時表示，此舉代表柯文哲「緊張了」，柯文哲常說每到選舉「人就變得怪怪的」，柯文哲自己就是最好的例子。他並批評柯文哲濫用行政職權，選舉應該公平競爭。他說：『(原音)柯文哲這是濫用行政職權，農會並不是台北市府下面的機關，他有什麼條件去限制他邀請民意代表上去講話？今天大家是來推廣綠竹筍的。』
姚文智受訪時表示，從422遊行里長遭關切，再到這次的事件，北市府不斷利用行政組織掌控、回報選舉情形，過去國民黨都不曾做過這樣的事，標榜市政透明的柯市府似乎在走回頭路。
柯文哲下午受訪時則說，會有這次爭議是因為現任台北市議員常常希望活動上只有現任議員上台致詞，不要讓候選人上台，這是長期以來的默契，但他已向主辦單位表明客隨主便。他說：『(原音)因為常常議會的現任議員常常要求，只有現任議員可以上去，候選人不可以上去，所以他們長期以來有這個默契，我跟他講說，他們意思說他們被其他現任議員罵，我說這個以後，那議員就算了，市長的問題，沒有這個問題。』
此外，對於媒體報導指新北「白綠合作」，追打國民黨新北市長參選人侯友宜的文大宿舍案，柯文哲表示，針對北農總經理吳音寧事件，民進黨說他勾結國民黨打吳音寧，面對侯友宜事件，換國民黨說他勾結民進黨打侯友宜，在藍綠互打的情況下，要維持中立很困難，所以他一再告訴局處首長處理相關事件時，該怎麼做就怎麼做。
