Every day, the neck of your child is exposed to many forces. In order to relieve the neck and still provide maximum protection Britax Römer combines the regular three-point harness with an additional XP-PAD that absorbs 30% of the forces. In case of a frontal impact the forces in the thoracic region and in the neck area are reduced, because your child's chin moves towards the chest. In case of a side impact the adaptable SICT (Side Impact Cushion Technology) absorbs all the forces before they impact your child. Injuries in the neck area and in the thoracic region are thus reduced. The SICT on the door side of the seat is employed in order to leave more space to other passengers. The ISOFIT-system offers easy attachment to and installation in your car by using the ISOFIX-anchor points. Colour indicators signalise correct installation of the car seat. 5成睡袋標示不合格消基會：應即改善

【台灣醒報記者謝明晏台北報導】消基會日前將市售12件不同廠牌睡袋進行檢測，竟有一半市售睡袋在「中文標示」檢驗上不及格。當今國人熱衷於露營，睡袋為露營必需品，根據露營協會統計，台灣人常態性露營的人口破200萬人，衍生出露營用品龐大的消費量。消基會董事長游開雄表示，睡袋為必需用品，產品標註不清而產生安全的疑慮，業者應該要做進一步改善。

本次睡袋商品檢測是依據國家標準「紡織品安全規範」以及「纖維混用率試驗法」。經濟部標準檢驗局組長賴俊杰表示，在織品品質檢測方面全數符合規定。但是在商品「商品檢驗標識」、「中文標示」及的項目中，有5成的商品不合格。有些商品沒有標註生產國別，有些則沒有清楚標明洗滌方式。賴俊杰說，甚至有商品兩個項目都沒有，會依罰鍰處理。

品質方面的檢測為「游離甲醛」及「禁用之偶氮色料」，台北醫學大學醫學系教授麥富德說，需要特別注意幼童使用睡袋上的染劑，有些染劑較會刺激皮膚。而「游離甲醛」常會作為染色助溶劑，又有防皺縮及防腐的功能，許多睡袋製造業者會使用甲醛來製造睡袋。麥富德表示，世界衛生組織標註「游離甲醛」為一級致癌物質，要特別注意產品的狀況。

麥富德表示，民眾在選購睡袋時，應注意產品是否會刺激眼睛，與刺鼻的味道。在選購之前應當用親自有手去摸、用鼻子去聞，若是有特殊的味道就不要選購，而剛購入的睡袋應當清洗後再使用，並注意商品是否有「商品檢驗標識」的商品，以及商品附縫的洗滌標、外包裝標示都需清楚且詳細，以免消費者使用時有安全上的疑慮。
