最成功的韓國醫療劇！ 日美翻拍創佳績的原因是這個
各國電視劇被翻拍不是新鮮事，但有一齣戲劇版權賣到其他重新翻拍，卻都能創造好成績，這是很難見到的情況！韓國醫療劇《善良醫生》被日本、美國重新編劇拍攝後，收視率創新高，共同點就是和原版不一樣。
韓劇《善良醫生》：「沒關係，我再試一次！不必了！」
韓星 周元2013年拍攝的韓劇《善良醫生》，飾演自閉症的小兒外科住院醫生。當年收視率一度高達20%，4年後被美國、日本買下版權翻拍成電視劇，在當地也獲得好成績，因為他們操作手法有別於一般的翻拍戲劇。
美劇《良醫墨非》：「你不喜歡別人碰你。他不是精神病患，他是自閉症患者。」
比起原版韓劇設定，男主角是小兒科醫生，美國直接換成外科。只有第一集向韓版致敬，其餘戲份都是全新的劇情。
韓劇《善良醫生》：「那麼用力壓小孩的頸部，氣道會壓住。」
美劇《良醫墨非》：「如果他是成人的話你做法是對的。但他不是大人，是男孩，所以你現在只是讓他壓力更大。」
只留下男主角是自閉症的設定，更改愛情和醫病關係的劇情，讓美國影迷看得著迷，還宣布開拍第二季。日本版也按照韓版的演出，結合當地觀眾喜歡看的親情套路，每一集都有催淚哭點。
日劇《善良醫生》：「怎樣飛，飛過何方，才是最重要的。來吧！隨心所向。」
由於日本人喜歡看醫療劇，因此編劇淡化愛情戲分，強調兒童醫院的醫療現狀，讓觀眾看得有共鳴。收視數字高達二位數，刷新4年來的新高紀錄。
要如何兼顧原版劇迷和新粉絲的喜好，保留重點劇情和設定，但不照本宣科，結合當地電視劇的風格，或許就是《善良醫生》在韓國、美國以及日本，都能開創好成績的原因。
